Made a comment on a Facebook post the other day about their charcoal. Gave my honest experience and review, which was pieces are very small , which seems to restrict airflow making it difficult to light. Pieces were the size of gravel. Too bad it wasn't a better experience as it is quite cheap ! 
Anyways , I get a Messenger message from someone with the company , gave his email so I could contact him, so I did. He explained the charcoal was made from a bush not a tree so pieces are smaller. Offered to send me a bag in exchange for removing my comment. I respectfully declined his offer, I do not care to use his product. I respect him reaching out ,have went back to Rockwood , mush happier !
Should have done this first but I looked up on Naked Whiz, his review was inline with my experience. 
Anyone else tried this lump ?
