Expander grill temp variations
I am using the expander for the first time to smoke tri tips at 225. Has anyone figured out what the typical temp difference is from the lower to upper grill? Is it neglible or something I should be thinking about? I'll still have probes in the roasts on both grills but want to be prepared for any variations that might impact cook times.
