Huckleberry baby back ribs with Peruvian-ish rub

I wanted to do something different with baby back ribs today. Scanning the BBQ supplies cupboard (yes, we have one) I spotted some Peruvian-ish rub. It's a relatively powerful rub, so I thought a sweet sauce would work. And there was some huckleberry jam and syrup on the same shelf. Decision made. Cooked 2-2-0.5 at 225C with apple wood smoke.
First baste after being unwrapped:
After 30 mins and a third baste:

Served with potato salad, coleslaw, lettuce and tomato. And cider. And a mildly over-exposed photo.

Delicious and a great start to the weekend. Thanks for looking!
