I did a Costco trip today and picked up a package of ribs (3 racks). I halved each and seasoned with Honey Hog. I cooked them about 275ish until they hit about 170ish. I then wrapped each in foil with some butter and maple syrup. I put them back on the egg at 300-325. Until they hit about 205. I sauced them with Kinders brown sugar bbq sauce.
I paired them with some loaded baked potato salad with some voo doo seasoning.
