Yes! I plan on setting them in the MM tonight after I pull the chicken wings. Hope to get them down around 150 for an hour, but guess I will be lucky to keep them around 200.

Started these with a load of north African spices 40 min ago. Wishing the salted eggs were ready to go for this batch.
