Freezer Dive Today

Have finally reached the point of cleaning out the freezer before I buy any more meat.  Long overdue. 
Went deep today and found some Japanese A5 rib cap, local grocery sirloin cap steaks, and some brisket that had been saved for chili. 
I’ll admit to being nervous about their age, but the food saver definitely did its job. 
Cooked the steaks quickly on the mini max at around 400.
