I ate too much… USA FTW

Just straight smashed…

these two seasonings were good. Brined the wings in a salt bath for the morning. Patted dry, dried on a rack in the fridge uncovered with corn starch. Then a heavy dusting. Half with cilantro lime half with garlic parm.

Smoked with pecan and post oak for an hour, flipped them and seasoned some more. Another hour of smoke at 250.

Then I set the egg up raised direct at 400 while I heated some grease. Grilled these huge  all beef hot dogs my buddy ordered for me.

Fried the wings for 5 minutes. Then a slight seasoning dusting right out of the grease.

I feel like I’m going to puke, but also something sweet might be all I need.

Looking good from here!  Just a shot of fermented vegetable juice, or a few fermented veggies and all will be right with the world!

Home run! Smo-fried wings are fabulous.

And, I love how you possibly felt nauseous, but didn't lose sight of dessert

If my plate looked like that, I'd eat way too much too! I do not blame you one bit.

The more correct question would be the red crap-mustard and dogs are the perfect fit.  You proposed alternative is...?

    You're both wrong.

A great dog has BOTH catsup and mustard.
