New Years Brisket

Got a grain finished brisket, my in laws just got a side of beef. Butcher had cut the point off the flat. Doing it over post oak and pecan.
Slow day of football, cards and food. Got some good framily in. Short night after going to bed at 230.
I know this is egg forum but who doesn’t love a Blackstone breakfast, not pictured blueberry pancakes
