Customer Support - Lack of Support

I reached out to BGE via telephone last Tuesday and after going through the phone maze menu I had to leave a voice message.  I left additional messages Friday, Saturday and today (Monday).  I also sent in emails to support@biggreenegg.com and customer-support@biggreenegg.com other than automated response that contains a link to FAQ and a link to file warranty claims I have not gotten a meaningful reply.

Do just have to keep repeatedly calling hoping that I reach a live person?

I tried to submit a warranty claim but I purchased my eggs in the early 2000's and submitted the warranty information at the time they were purchased.  Apparently BGE updated their warranty process and did not transfer prior registrations.

Any help on how to actually get BGE to respond would be helpful.  The warranty process used to be much easier. I've advised friends to consider buying an egg because of the warranty and customer service. It is sad that I can't do that anymore.

Give @HannahGreeneEgg a chance to respond. She’s been helpful since she came onboard.

I guess I posted about 45 minutes too soon.  They finally returned my call.  Got the help I needed and was able to register warranty for my two eggs.  Wish there was way for me to delete the original post.

You probably should have heard something by Wednesday of last week. I can understand not hearing anything on Thursday and Friday with the holiday and probably closed on the weekends.

I'm glad you heard something back and we're taken care of.
