OT: Road Trip To Oak Barn Beef World Headquarters

Not to brag or anything but, if you're a beef lover and haven't been to West Point, NE, you haven't really lived yet.  Stopped in to replace some regular items I like stocked in the freezer, was greeted by a couple surprises.  Hannah now offers Chuck Eye Steaks and Beef Belly, so added a couple each of those to the order. 

I've done plenty of pork bellies, beef belly will be a first timer for me.

@lousubcap - There is a Santa!  Hannah will now do plate ribs on a special order type basis.  I've got two racks headed my way the first part of December.  Five racks will be parsed from the next butchering, if interested I'm sure you could get any/all of the other three.

I first became aware of her and her biz after reading this . . . https://www.dtnpf.com/agriculture/web/ag/news/article/2019/07/22/one-way-grow-cattle-operation  Back then we'd do parking lot deals at the UNL campus, a few times she even delivered to my home.  It's kinda cool to see a young and talented entrepreneur grow a business.  Note that her product is not USDA graded, although I'd call it better than prime.  Consistently good and for me always worth the price paid.
