For any potential black Friday/holiday deals I did an updated what KJ accessories work or don't work for Eggs video yesterday - https://youtu.be/PiQ4jtJH4js
Here is a TLDR text summary if you'd rather not watch a video and see stuff in action ...
Fits/Good idea
- JoeTisserie
- Soapstone
- Cookware (BGE wok can be used with dome closed)
Interchangeable
- Rack systems (KJ cheaper, BGE sliding top rack/lift out handles)
- Half moon cooking grids
Not a great idea/doesn't fit
- Carbon steel griddle (sits on fire ring, low for reach)
- SloRoller (max temp lowered)
- Kontrol tower top (different diameter and can't be reseasoned)
- DoJoe, get BGE wedges instead

Yes - that is a very helpful video. I do have one quick question though...what brand of hi-temp gloves is he using? They seem to be far thinner than most such gloves and therefore more nimble.Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

Both hold up with hot deflectors. Any other gloves weren’t high heat… breaking the over the top chili was just cotton oven gloves with nitrile over them for food handling
