Smoking Ribs Night Before
Quick question on smoking baby backs the night before and letting them rest in foil and wrapped in towels in a cooler. Would they stay warm and moist for close to 24 hours if I wanted to serve them for dinner the following night?

That’s too long of a hold…at least for me to be comfortable with.I’d cook and then refrigerate, maybe reheat via sous vide~ John - https://www.instagram.com/hoosier_egger

In my experience, they reheat well, sous vide as above or even reheat in foil and then out of foil on any grill, perfect use of a gasser. If you're in the sauce or glaze camp, do that when you reheat.
Love you bro! -
I've always thought ribs reheat pretty well and I think that's still preferable to resorting to turbo ribs, which some seem to like but I am not among them.Stillwater, MN
