Pumpkin Sticky Toffee Pudding from NYT app.

Making individual servings instead of pumpkin pie. Riffed a little and added a splash of maple syrup over the top prior to the toffee sauce. 

The dollop of plain yogurt (couldn’t find the crème fraiche called for in the recipe in nearby stores) cuts the sweetness. 

Highly recommend.
