OT: Spicy Bourbon Oysters From The WFO

SWMBO and I went to Matunuck Oyster House in Wakefield, RI for dinner last night. I ordered Bourbon Chipotle oysters as an app - they were great.
Will definitely be doing this again.
We were at a local farmers market this morning and the fishmonger had fresh oysters so I decided to try and replicate last nights:
In the WFO for about 4 minutes total, rotating halfway through.
Will definitely be doing this again.
