    Yakitori chicken heart skewers and Brazillian chicken heart skewers

    We've not done chicken hearts before, partly because they're hard to get hold of, and partly because they were an unknown. However we made them and they were superb.

    They were cooked on dual skewers as it makes turning them over much easier.
