I dusted some chicken breasts in Holy Voo Doo and put them in a buttermilk bath overnight. I coated them in some seasoned AP with cornstarch and fried them in veg oil until GBD. I scrambled up eggs with grated mild cheddar and put it all together on a canned biscuit I baked this morning. I’m happy with the results.
