Pizza on the Egg.... after

Really like the results on the Recteq for pizza last time I tried it so thats where I was headed.

Turned it out set to 250 to warm up stone partly while I made the crusts.  Looked out it was at 250 and thought great, looked again it was 180 fighting back to 200.

Crusts were made set to 450, looked out and its climbing fine.   Looked again and its over 500, by the time I got out there it was in safety shut down mode.

Well Heck... Got the egg fired up quickly (50 min) to 475 and turned out two perfect pizzas.

Lesson learned, clean out the combinated ash receptacle, burn chamber more often which is what I bought the Ryobi hand held vac to do going forward.

Just Vote- What if you could choose "none of the above" on an election ballot? Millions of Americans do just that, in effect, by not voting.  The result in 2016: "Nobody" won more counties, more states, and more electoral votes than either candidate for president.

Your audible looks like a great success.  Way to get it done.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Nice save and nice pies. Not sure I like the bowl design, it's like an ash magnet. IMO with Traeger's cylinder chamber there's less chance of ash returning to the bowl once it's dispersed.
