Happy Saturday to all.
Looking to purchase a probe with Bluetooth.
Do they work well on a LBGE?
What brand is recommended?
 Thanks

Bluetooth has limited range.  They work great if you’re nearby, but are useless if you leave the house and want to keep an eye on things, unless they also connect to wifi.

I use Signals by Thermoworks.  It connects to my wifi so I can check in on it from anywhere, and it will alarm if temps get too high or too low.  But it also powers a fan, which is a bit of overkill on a BGE.  If you know how to adjust your egg well enough, there is no need for a fan.

    I like my Meater+ a lot.

I currently have Thermoworks Signals, Meater Block and Meater 2 Plus. I've found since getting the Meater units the Signals doesn't see any action. I like the fact the Meater is completely wireless, which is nice for rotisserie chicken. I use all with a LBGE and have no connection issues, the only limiting factor is the Meater 2 Plus is BT only.
