NY Strip Loin

I had a nice NY Strip Loin left over from The New England Eggfest last weekend, so I decided as a thank you to our Amesbury Fire Department, I’d cook ‘em up a little meal last night.

Did a little reverse sear on the XL and served some NY Strips just like a Prime Rib. And it was awesome!

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately for the first time in 22 years I am out of stock. Rutland is in the same bind as they are waiting on some cargo ship to fill their inventory as well. The best guess for arrival is sometime this month.

At this point I am making a list of inquires and will contact interested parties whenever I do get it back in stock.

I apologize, but this problem is out of my control and I really regret it!

That’s an amazing cook. I love the NY strip and I purchase the whole loin and cut it into steaks. Doing the loin whole and carving them individually sounds delicious.
