Georgia Mountain Fire & Smoke Cooking Festival

The 1st Annual Georgia Mountain Fire & Smoke Cooking Festival at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds (https://georgiamountainfairgrounds.com/localevents/id/446) on May 18th was a huge success. 120 cooks/chefs came and dazzled the large crowds with their ‘best of the best’ recipes ranging anywhere from breakfast creations, savory barbecues, delectable desserts, and everything in between. All the dishes were prepared on our Big Green Eggs and our new Primo XL Oval Ceramic Grills. The variety and quality of the food coming off these grills was beyond amazing.

It was nice to have the official Big Green Egg Culinary Team present doing their thing.
