Kirkland's "Red Bag" chicken

Next time you are in a Costco, look for their "red bag" chicken. Its already conveniently packaged in 3 appropriate sized chicken breasts and when cooked is absolutely amazing.

Unless I find a better cut, these will be my go to moving forward.
Have:
 XLBGE / Stumps Baby XL / Couple of Stokers (Gen 1 and Gen 3) / Blackstone 36 / Maxey 3x5 water pan hog cooker
Had:
LBGE / Lang 60D / Cookshack SM150 / Stumps Stretch / Stumps Baby

    Was there this week and I usually buy Organic individually wrapped but all they had was a giant back of frozen unwrapped breasts.  Passed this trip as I can never get the bag reasealed.

    I guess I can buy them in put in 2 packs and vac seal... maybe next time.
