Purchased a dark anodized pan from Amazon, and used the KA recipe. Couldn’t find Wisconsin brick cheese near me so I substituted some Tillamook extra sharp cheddar. 
Topped with hot Italian sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella, and drizzled some Calabrian chili oil over the top. 







Will definitely add to the rotation. Next weekend is a Chicago deep dish style.
