2010 Mini BGE Band

I bought a mini BGE back in 2010 and want to replace the band so I can gift it to my 8 year old grand daughter. Can anyone tell me if the mini replacement band kit that is on the BGE site will fit that or has the mini dimensions changed since 2010? I called BGE and left a message with customer service but haven't heard back from them yet.

    I believe it has changed.  before I gave away my smaller mini, I had put newer bands on it and it had to be cinched much tighter than the new ceramics.  pic doesn't show it, but here was a newer one next to the older one on the left.
