It’s a Thai based broth made with galanagal, lime leaves, tamarind etc. with added chicken, thai basil, etc. I’m playing around with a bit of thai cuisine right now, don’t know much about it but i love the flavoursOzzie_Isaac said:Interesting combo, info on the soup?
