Tacos Al pastor

Good morning,
I’m making tacos Al pastor for in-laws today for the first time.
2 lbs boneless Boston butt sliced 1/4” thick, pineapple and onion slices.
Vertical spit setup 
questions are what done temp, finished internal temp and approx. cook time.
I would greatly appreciate some help here.
