Finally a new firebox

I bought my LBGE 14 years ago and have never been anything but happy with it. But when it was just five years old a big crack developed in the firebox. Replaced it under warranty, but put the new one aside and kept using the old one. The crack gradually grew over the years, but it was still quite usable. 
Today it finally broke apart completely and would have been tough to fix, so it was really a pleasure to dig out the replacement firebox and start using it. Such a great gadget!
