The sun is out, the birds are singing, the house is opened up, and there’s a rack of St. Louis cut ribs on the egg smoking low and slow. They should be done in time for the last nine holes of The Masters. The winter has been mild in my neck of the woods, but I’m really glad it’s over.

Show us a photo of the cook in progress. Spring is emerging here, though we get long, cold winters so the thaw takes time. For me, this is the sign of the start of spring in my yard - the magnolia that blooms behind us.
