Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Stoked for this one! My good buddy got married recently and he and his better half are going to Japan for the honeymoon. He's a huge F1 fan and has tickets to the race. I'll post any pics he sends.

Looking forward to see how RB does without side pods. Seems like a pretty substantial change for the track.Maybe your purpose in life is only to serve as an example for others? - LPL

@Ozzie_Isaac - I have not seen anything about RB going w/o side pods for this race...Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

seeing their car in tech inspection and on the pit lane, looks like rumours were unfounded. They did move/add cooling inlets at the high pressure areas near the back of the cockpit.
This is all new to me and fascinating. All the changes between courses: bodywork, aero , suspension, cooling, Sauber wheel nut issues, etc. wish I had paid years ago. Your constant yammering on about F1 got me interested, and now I am hooked.Maybe your purpose in life is only to serve as an example for others? - LPL

@Ozzie_Isaac - thanks for the backhanded compliment however, just offering information in a fricitionless role. But this F1 environment is right in your wheelhouse; the skills (cars and drivers), the constant pushing of the technological envelope, the near term innovation within the rules (voluminous) and minimal fractions of a second outcomes makes it what it is, "cutting edge."
As someone once said," with NASCAR the boobs are real and the purses fake; with F1 the boobs are fake and the purses real. " I have never gotten close to either specimen.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -

Red Bull and Verstappen back on top of the podium once again. Below are the top ten finishers:
# DRIVER TEAM TIME 1 Red Bull LAP 53 2 Red Bull +12.535 3 Ferrari +20.866 4 Ferrari +26.522 5 McLaren +29.700 6 Aston Martin +44.272 7 Mercedes +45.951 8 McLaren +47.525 9 Mercedes +48.626 10 VCARB
Some good mid pack racing but Verstappen was never really challenged.
On to China, (First time since 2019) with a sprint race April 18-21. More on that later.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -
All is right with the world. How Max and RB can put such a drubbing on the rest of the pack is amazing.
