Pulled pork stuffed jalapeños

Had a couple of large jalapeños that lended themselves to being stuffed.



Mixed up some pulled pork and cheddar cheese, seasoned with bge ancho chili and coffee and fogo charcoal rubs for the stuffing.  Proceeded to wrap them in bacon and applied a dusting of bge spg and chili.

Egg set at 275° to 300" with a chunk of hickory


About two hours later
