Way to enjoy the fellowship and support the local eggfest.  I'm sure great eats await.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

    Waiting for the event pics!

Eggfests really are a fun time. We had several in Texas, but they all kinda fizzled out. Especially during COVID. Many good times were had, with many good friends, and some terrific eats were thrown down in the process.

I thoroughly understand what you mean! For my BGE dealer I hyped their first local Eggfest here in Peoria, IL. I contacted my egger friends from quite a large, spread geographical area here in IL and Eastern IA. Our Peoria Eggfest kept growing for 7 more years before it started to go down slowly like a balloon with a tiny hole…not a pinprick but a hole from a manufacturing flaw. By 14 years after the first Peoria Eggfest then the new ownership of BGE had pissed on this and other small dealerships by going with ACE. Happy Happy and all that…

I'm sorry to hear that RRP.
This eggfest is more eggheads just cooking and showing what can be done. Handing out tasty samples and recipes. Showing different cooking techniques teaching a variety of ways the egg can be used. We're more like a gathering of freinds and get to cook with each other trying to wow everyone. There is no first, second or third place an everyone has a great time.
It's in it's 16th year. The store just needs to sell more prefest eggs
There not a Hardware  or outdoor pool and patio store that can compete with this store in our city
There is a cost to the public to attend and they can try whatever and there's alot of whatever
    It's a blast
