V-Day Eve, NY-NY Steaks

Mrs. Cooper and two friends decided to take the lesser halfs out to supper on Feb 14th. Had a couple New York's scheduled before I knew of the plans, so fired them up tonight instead.

SPG, 2nd use Rockwood and hickory chunks (just stirred and lit). Plated with spinach sauteed in butter, same for the mushrooms. Boring side salad not shown.

@lousubcap - these are not OBB but for sure will be on March 14.
