What?!?! Grampa got the day off??

Looks like the kiddos had a blast. And, what a spread! I like that the piggy was packed up in a sort of pig-like form, with the head included. Extra points for that.

Also, the pig head reminded me of college. Cooked fish curry, and my roomie, peeked into the pot. 
Him - "you eat the head, too?"
Me - (sincerely, a bit surprised) "you DON'T?"

Yes the bbq place did an impressive job, and the cracklin was crispy all around.

Thanks @Florida Grillin Girl Lucas was born right when Covid was starting, so this one kind of makes up for the previous ones that were cancelled or scaled down during the pandemic. Our daughter spent months planning this, I doubt they'd have another one like this any year soon!
