freezer diving mistake needing remedy suggestions!

For some stupid reason a year ago at Costco I bought a 5 pound sealed tray of a New York strip sliced 1/4” thin. Not sure my brilliant intentions were at that time but I repacked it and FoodSavered some of it for later.
Today I just saw a package in the freezer marked Costco NYS and pulled it out for tomorrow night’s supper. Now that it has thawed I slammed my head against the counter once again wondering why I bought that!
Now gang..,this meat is way too thin for grilling but short of just feeding it to my Westie what can I do with this? And PLEASE [not plus!] no SOS suggestions!

We have purchased this -- or something similar, but pretty sure what we have is thinner than 1/4 inch. We have used it in wok and thought it was terrific. Haven't made them, but imagine they'd be perfect for cheesesteaks, too.Stillwater, MN

Ha! I just went with a wok meal and it sucked! We ate less than one half of it and all the rest of it went out in the trash on Tuesday!

Too late to help. I would’ve made cheesesteaks too. Or grinded it for burgers or sloppy joes. Sloppy buffalo joes if you wanted to make it fancy.
