    Ok actually used the Sous vide for some Salmon and Wagyu Strip.

    Salmon- in bag - EVO, Honey, Soy- put back in fridge for 30 min after bagging.
    Steak- Salt and Pepper

    Steak 90 min at 125
    Salmon 45 min at 125

    Pulled both and seared in separate CI pans
    Salmon in the Marinade with additional garlic added
    Steak with Oil, butter and garlic



    Also on NYE morning smoked some cheese

    XLBGE, LBGECharbroil Gas Grill, Weber Q2000, Old Weber Kettle, Rectec RT-B380, Yeti 65, Yeti Hopper 20, RTIC 20, RTIC 20 Soft Side - Too many drinkware vessels to mention.
