Honey Baked Hams…. Two questions
Dawgtired

Their turkey breast was really good. Anyone know how they get it so moist? Also, I put the spiral ham in foil, elevated, indirect at 300 and pulled at 130. It was rather dried out. Any suggestions for next time?

IMO spiral ham tends to be drier than their whole cousins due to exra exposed surface areas for moisture to evaporate.canuckland

This recipe will take the worry out of a ham cook:
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -
They suggest cooking on the counter til room temp. It's great that way. Cheap ham doctored up and double smoked rules in the eggfukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
