Rotisserie Turkey on my BGE - So good!!!

I injected it with garlic and herb-infused butter. The reserved garlic and herbs were stuffed under the skin. I like my birds spatchcocked so they cook evenly and have a nice browning on both sides. I was a bit worried that butter would come out and cause flare-ups and such, but none of that happened. It's probably because I injected the butter under the skin and covered it with garlic and herb mix. The turkey turned out insanely delicious and so moist, I could not believe it. It's a must-try! I wouldn't want my Thanksgiving turkey done any other way. I made a video, and I hope you enjoy watching it.
