Have cast iron grates for XL

They are half plates Ian’s don’t sit evenly on the deflector

    The issue is that one half fits perfectly on the deflector and the second grate only matches up with one leg. I have also set the full size round stainless stall grate under the cast iron. 

    have you looked at the adjustable rig from the ceramic grill store. makes multiple setups alot easier. alot of thought went into that rig

    I like that idea. I stopped by CGS this morning and looked at the Woo.  (It’s just money, you can’t take it with yo). 
    the PS woo is a great piece of gear if you have a platesetter aka convEGGtor  or deflector, 

    I have a PSwoo for my large and it makes things much easier to handle. 

    While I'm suggesting how to spend your money, you might also look at a drop spider for getting a cooking grid closer to the coals. I also have one of these and it works great to get the meat closer to the coals for hot direct searing.
