Last Call for EGGtoberfest Cook Spots!

This information will help you plan your EGGtoberfest experience:

• An EGGtoberfest cook team is 2 cooks with 1 Large EGG, charcoal, a convEGGtor and a pre-set 10’ X 10’ Big Green Egg tent. An 8’ X 30” serving table will also be pre-set with each tent. The refundable registration deposit is $100 per cook team.

• You may register up to two cook teams. When doing so, you’ll be paired with your partner team under one 10’ X 10’ tented cook spot with 2 Large EGGs, so each cook team on your registration will have 1 Large EGG in your shared space. The refundable registration deposit is $100 for each of your two cook teams.

• All cook spots will be pre-assigned. If there are other registered cooks you wish to be near, email us at EGGtoberfestCooks@BigGreenEgg.com with the name(s) of the other team(s) so we may assign your spots together. You will not be able to move your cook spot the weekend of the event so we will do our very best to accommodate your requests!

• Early Check in and load in! Come to the Coolray Field Box Office on Friday, October 6 from 4-7 p.m. for early cook check in and to pick up your swag bag and T-shirt. Optional early load in for your cook spot is also available at that time. Otherwise, cook check in and load in is on EGGtoberfest morning from 7 – 9 a.m.

• Join us for the EGGtoberfest pre-party at Coolray Field featuring our BGE TeamGreen cooks on Friday evening, October 6 from 6 – 9 p.m. The Eggs will be hot and the beer will be cold so be sure to get tickets for an amazing Big Green Egg cook out to start your EGGtoberfest weekend!

• Purchase a Big Green Egg pop-up tent. These heavy-duty aluminum frame Big Green Egg logo tents will have been used once at EGGtoberfest and will be available to take home after the event. Reserve your tent online at a special EGGtoberfest price of $125 each.

• Purchase a Demo EGG package for the special EGGtoberfest price of $1099. EGGtoberfest

Demo Egg packages include a Large EGG with lifetime warranty, Integrated Nest + Handler,

convEGGtor, lump charcoal, charcoal starters, ash tool and grid gripper.
