Blue Fin Tuna Collars

Poppin’ collars (Blue Fin Tuna) on Sunday. 🐟 

Got 25# of beautiful tuna collars from my friends at Newburyport Fish. Did half low and slow and the other half hot and fast after marinating in some teriyaki marinade. 

Let me tell you…if you’ve never had fish collars, you’re missing out. Some of the best damn meat on the fish!

I'd eat that!  looks interesting and delicious.  I'm not going to lie, the first thing I thought of after a glimpse of the product was that angry spitting dinosaur in Jurassic Park.

All fish have collars. Just gotta be a larger fish to get more meat. Salmon, halibut, tuna, etc are all great.
