Sold the building the two adjacent lots and the adjacent house. Decided to liquidate and take advantage of the opportunity to free up our time as empty nesters. There are still 3 mm 2 sm and 1 XL left. Should be completely liquidated in the next couple weeks sold our plow truck and trailer along with a forklift etc. Good times for sure. Don’t want to leave the impression it was a forced option. Quite the opposite. I am trying to get some one local to carry rubs and charcoal etc but no luck so far. Space is an issue for everyone. We had 30000+ SF. I will say once we made the decision, it cannot come fast enough. 😁.
Now, if I can just get our kitchen/ screen room and deck remodeled done I’ll be all set. Cheers!🥃 -

Pete-good for you guys. You will love the “stress free” lifestyle, and live longer without the hassle of retail life (and a-hole customers). My health actually got better after retiring from the electric utility, and I don’t have to take any pills anymore. Enjoy retirement and do what you want to do!
