Pork fried rice...

Morning All:

We had some pieces of grilled pork tenderloin with a hoisin/five spice powder glaze leftover from yesterday's dinner so we decided to make use of it in some fried rice...here is everything "before" starting with the bowl of pork going clockwise, then roasted garlic, soy sauce, bacon grease, sesame seeds, carrots & onions, peas, rice, corn, eggs, cashews & hoisin sauce...


After a few minutes on the Egg in the wok (sorry didn't get any pictures)...the "after"...


DELICIOUS!
