    Looks great. How did you incorporate habanero peppers into the rib cook, guessing sauce? And the recipe for your use if non exclusive.

    Thanks everyone.Ā  I try various ways I guess.Ā  Lately I've been doing 3.1.1 wrapping in butcher paper vs foil gives a better bark for me.Ā  I sauce on the last hour and cook for about 30 min.Ā  I then glaze.Ā  The glaze.Ā  I puree habaneroĀ  Ā then melt it down in a sauce pan with homemade jelly andĀ Then brush on.Ā  Looks like glass and adds a nice flavor layer.Ā  Especially when reheated.Ā  Same for the wings.Ā  Melted down jelly in my bbq sauce or over my bbq sauce has done well for me.
