I have not tried this before, I will be doing it again. I’m surprised at how tender it was!

    Sweet finish plate right there.  Nailed that protein.
    BTW-The flat iron cut is a great cut of beef.  It has gained a lot of interest over the past decade or so and appears almost daily here in the local Kroger.     Kroger picked up on the trend quite a while ago and now offers it in many marinades. FWIW-
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

    Grilled one tonight myself. It is one of my favorite steaks. One generally serves my wife and I. Glad you gave it a try.

    Yes sir, I'm a huge flatiron fan.   Those and tri tips are about the best bang for the buck IMO.
