Sweet finish plate right there. Nailed that protein.BTW-The flat iron cut is a great cut of beef. It has gained a lot of interest over the past decade or so and appears almost daily here in the local Kroger. Kroger picked up on the trend quite a while ago and now offers it in many marinades. FWIW-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
