Finally kicked the tires at my favourite bbq store, very tempting!

Good to see chef Matt, of Fidel Castro's food truck fame, again: https://www.foodtruckoperator.com/articles/rebel-without-a-kitchen-self-made-celebrity-establishes-a-following-in-toronto/
I was told that, down the road, they're adding posts for rotisserie (perhaps even a SM style elevation system?) and a pizza oven dome. The beast weighs over 500 lbs.
my pork belly taco
very nice smoker below, first pic shows something smoking at 300F. I first thought it was powered by the fire from the top, it's not, there's a separate fire chamber at the bottom, with bottom and top vent controls.

The demo unit above is a prototype.
The production unit in the showroom has different top. There's also a small grill that can be elevated above the fire in the centre IIRC. Also comes with split covers for the top.

So, about $2500.
Google says $3000USD, but everything is more expensive in Canada, so my formula is probably closer.Clinton, Iowa -
