Baby Backs Direct. Easy weekday cook

What’s up gang? I’ve not posted in a while but still read frequently.  Livin the good life here just busy and been playing on the griddle lately and not really had much cooked on the egg that was post worthy.

Anyways decided to try some BBRs direct up on the woo extender with some pecan and cherry for smoke.   Ran em just like I do a LnS chicken.  Took roughly 4 1/2hrs at 225.   No sauce, nuttin fancy just some damn good ribs.

And simply plated with fries from the AF

Thanks for looking

    Those are some meaty ribs!

Good to see you back. But, I find it hard to believe that you haven't  cooked much that was "post worthy."

Glad you have surfaced and in great style.  Ribs for the win!

Thanks @caliking Cooking has been pretty basic lately. Lot of chicken breast n burgers.  I did make your moms curry not to long ago.  It’s always a hit.

This was my first time on direct and definitely won’t be the last.  Something about the juices dripping on the fire made a positive difference
