Make your reservation soon for the 12th annual Florida (Poolman) Minifest Nov. 3rd - 5th, 2023 at the beautiful Tuckaway Shores Resort (https://tuckawayshores.com/) in Indialantic, FL. This is a one-of-a kind eggfest where cooks gather for 3-4 days and cook their specialty dishes for each other with no crowds/tasters.
