Those are cool. Enjoy

I'm old enough to remember when Weber called those "kettles". Seemed like every dad in the neighborhood had one.
Actually, I saw one of those at my favorite grill shop. Really cool grill. Let us know how it compares to ceramic! I'm interested in the cold weather performance.

Congrats! Unlike ceramics, it's more responsive to temp adjustment, up and down. Enjoy!
FWIW, these sisters own one, they were cooking adjacent to our tent at an eggfest here pre covid.

I bought one a year ago. Great grill, still prefer the BGE for smoking though.
makes a great pizza oven with two firebricks, the coal grate from a 22 inch kettle and a 16.5 inch pizza stone. Live fire with oak and lump under the stone gets stone temps 800 to 850F

@caliking come on man. Don't hurt my feelings. You know we're homeboys. You should know that's my pic and I'm way better than to pull some Steven Raichlen photo thievery. I even almost sent you a text to see what you're doing since My father in law isn't live too far from you. But I know holiday weekends are always crazy.
