Not sure if word has made its way out of CT yet but Chatfield True Value in Southbury, CT is holding the New England EggFest Saturday May 20th! So far I saw they have Food Network Chef Christian Petroni coming along with a bunch of other well known EggChefs! Seems like it’s going to be a fun day. Tickets posted for $30-$50. Wanted to spread the word in case any other people in the area were interested!
