I reheated mine set at 145 degrees. I let it go 5 hours. You are not going to over cook it warming at 145 if it goes a little longer.Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas

Here I was-all ready to roll and then I got to the sous vide piece.@caliking and others here are quite skilled with sous vide. That is a forum rabbit hole I have and will continue to avoid but go with his offering. FWIW-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
