Some spare ribs late today!

And by the way....that smashed down gasket is my 17 year old Rutland! Not pretty, but it sure works quite well! =)

Glad the weather is final loosening it’s grip. Ribs look strong.

Thanks - yes I built it myself to hold my Large and Small. It is now 23 years old but still rock solid! The blonde work station on the side folds down. And the drawer with the black handle underneath the Small holds eggcessories. Only silly part is it has wheels on the left end and a handle on the other end, but is too heavy to lift and wheel anywhere!

Well 23 years ago would’ve probably put you in your 20’s yourself. I’m sure it wasn’t heavy at the time.

LOL - nope - 23 years ago I was 55 and I was no circus strong man back then either! A couple years ago I even had to use a floor jack to lift it up to replace the destroyed wheels - this time I used metal rims!

I am missing something here...it is always time for bourbon. cigars, ribs, any BGE cook and beer.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
